A Gathering of Minds (or, An Outing for the Roanoke Blog Community and Interested Parties)
Monday evening, I'll be hanging out at Tavern on the Market to relax a little and celebrate my return to school (now that my classes are all locked in place). If anyone wants to come by for a visit for general chat or discussion related to blogging and how we can improve ourselves, feel free. I'll be there shortly after six o'clock.

I'll be there if you can vouch for my safety. I'm not the most popular guy in town among some of those folks at the Market Building.
Well, your most violent opposition comes from more of the interior vendors. I don't foresee any problems with the Tavern crew... the majority of them are extremely laid back.
I am curious, though, as to a comment you made responding to one of my replies to your blog. You mentioned the threat of lawsuits and, at the time, I assumed you meant the vendors' claims against the city. However, I am wondering if you meant more personal threats against you.
I'm hoping that wasn't the case, but, sadly, I can imagine a few at the Market Building who would make those threats.
All that aside, Tavern should be safe for you.
